Od 01.01.2025 r. postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego będą uruchamiane na nowej platformie zakupowej zamawiającego: https://pansa.ezamawiajacy.pl/. Zgłoszenie do postępowania wymaga rejestracji i zalogowania Wykonawcy do systemu na subdomenie PAŻP. Proces rejestracji może być długotrwały, prosimy zatem o uwzględnienie tego czasu w celu zapewnienia dostępu do postepowań.

Jednocześnie postępowania wszczęte do 31.12.2024 r. i nie zakończone na platformie SMART będą na tej platformie nadal kontynuowane pod następującym adresem https://portal.smartpzp.pl/pazp.

From 01.01.2025, public procurement procedures will be initiated on the new purchasing platform of the contracting authority: https://pansa.ezamawiajacy.pl/. Submission to the procedure requires the Contractor to register and log into the system on the PAŻP subdomain. The registration process may be lengthy, so please take this time into account to ensure access to the procedures.

At the same time, procedures initiated by 31.12.2024 and not completed on the SMART platform will continue on this platform at the following address https://portal.smartpzp.pl/pazp.
